Neuromodulators are non-invasive injections of muscle-relaxing agents better known by their brand names including Botox and Xeomin. By temporarily reducing muscle activity, neuromodulators help to reduce the appearance and development of fine lines and wrinkles.
Common treatment areas include the forehead, frown lines, marionette lines, and neck lines. Neuromodulators can also help lift the brow , open the eye area, and slim the jaw.
Commonly known as "Brotox" on social media, men can have neuromodulator treatments to keep looking refreshed and energized.

Appointments are approximately 30 minutes and you can continue most daily activities immediately. You will begin to notice the effects within 3-4 days of treatment. It is recommended to wait 14 days to see the maximal effect of treatment.

Patients have a choice between Botox (Allergan) and Xeomin (Merz Aesthetics). Discuss with your provider to see which product is best for you.

At Orion Medical Rejuvenation Clinic, our goal is for patients to look refreshed while retaining the ability to express themselves with a natural range of facial movement. The degree of muscle relaxation is directly correlated to the dose of neuromodulator; our general approach is to start with lower doses then gradually increase the dose until the desired effect is achieved. Your provider will create a custom treatment plan tailored to you.

Treatment duration varies and most patients will enjoy 3-4 months of results from treatment. As the neuromodulators wear off, you will notice your muscle activity increasing. For the best results, maintenance treatments are recommended every 3-4 months.

$10 per unit of Xeomin, $13 per unit of Botox. Volume discounts are available. As a guideline, the recommended dose for Botox and Xeomin treatment of forehead and frown (glabellar) lines is 40 units per their respective manufacturer product monographs. Individual dosing requirements vary and your provider will work with you to create a custom treatment plan.
